This lovely Javea villa is a perfect family holiday rental with large 10 x 5 swimming pool.  The villa is split into 3 separate buildings which sleeps 6 - 12 persons. 

The Main House
The historic old Finca has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a comfortable sitting room, dining room and a newly refurbished kitchen, beautifully equipped with modern appliances and set into an outside naya, leading directly to an enclosed, walled andalusian patio from which the house takes its name. 

This charming enclosed courtyard at this Javea villa for rent provides a large al fresco dining area through the summer, bordered all around by flowering bougainvillea and hibiscus. A canvas awning provides welcome shade from the sun.

Large wooden doors then lead to the terraced pool area.

This villa rental is a beautifully restored finca and the main house  has two bedrooms on the first floor, one with double bed and the other with two single beds. There is a bathroom with separate bath and shower, toilet and hand basin.  On the ground floor there is one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and hand basin. Both bathrooms in the main house are newly refurbished and well appointed with modern fittings.

The Guest Lodge
The single storey lodge at this holiday villa rental overlooks the 10 x 5 meter pool (larger than average) and has two double bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two single beds and a toilet and a shower room.  There are five steps leading up to the Guest Lodge.

 

Outside the Guest Lodge at this Javea Villa there is an outside covered barbecue that can be used as a summer kitchen which makes guests staying at the Guest Lodge partially independent of the main villa kitchen.
